ECRS/Catapult Gift Card Disclaimer Statement

Please read the following information and click the "I UNDERSTAND" link below. Once your order has been placed an ECRS representative will contact you via email about payment and order details.

NOTE: Catapult Gift Cards require Catapult 4.0 or higher. The gift card module must be installed on every terminal that will handle gift cards. Contact your sales rep about gift card module pricing.

The turnaround time on cards is 4-6 weeks from the final proof approval. Multiple proofs may need to be sent in certain situations. All proofs will be digital with no exceptions. The 4-6 week period begins upon approval of the final proof AND full payment. Cards WILL NOT go into production until the full payment is recieved by ECRS and the final approval is recieved.

NOTE: ECRS/Catapult gift cards are currently available for bar code reading only. No magstripe readable version is currently available.

IMPORTANT: The "setup fees" shown in the pricing grids on the order form cover standard file preparation for new orders and/or re-orders with different artwork. The setup fees DO NOT include any design time. ECRS charges $125 per hour for design with a one hour minimum. If you choose to have ECRS design your card, we will provide you with an etimate based on the details of your job. During the design process, ECRS offers customers up to 3 digital proofs free of charge. Proofs after the initial 3 are billed at $50 each.

***ECRS must collect full payment after you approve your gift card digital proof for production. No jobs will go into production until ECRS has received full payment for the order.***
